Agricultural Training






Central and East Kalimantan is a vast region with natural rain forest environment. Traditionaly, the inhabitant live their life as nomad people and creating their land extension by fire. We tried to improve their livelihood by educating them with modern farming and agricultural techniques .

BHP Billiton with its aim to encourage sustainable development for the surrounding community commission national and local consultants such as Bina Swadaya, we commenced the three year agricultural training for local target people comprises of 28 villages in two regencies.
